1. Academic Excellence

We are committed to delivering a rigorous, internationally-minded curriculum that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and English fluency. Our goal is to nurture confident learners who thrive academically and develop strong character.

  • Develop a curriculum that balances global standards with cultural relevance.

2. Community Engagement

Building a supportive and inclusive community is essential to our mission. We strive to create strong partnerships with families, local organizations, and other schools to enrich our students’ experiences.

3. Faculty Excellence

Our faculty are the heart of Valor. We will recruit and retain highly qualified, mission-aligned educators and support their growth to create a collaborative and thriving workplace.

4. Student Body Growth & Campus Development

We plan to grow our student body thoughtfully, ensuring each student is supported and nurtured. As enrollment increases, we will prepare for expanded facilities to continue providing an excellent learning environment.

  • Attract a diverse, mission-aligned student body through outreach and scholarships.
  • Maintain a selective admissions process.
  • Grow to a full elementary school within 3-5 years and junior high within 5-7 years.
  • Plan and develop larger campus facilities to meet future needs.

5. Financial Sustainability & Accessibility

To keep tuition affordable and accessible, we will develop strategic fundraising initiatives and build capital through partnerships and community support.

  • Bring in fundraising specialists to grow capital resources.
  • Develop partnerships to strengthen financial support.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in financial management.
