Valor International School is seeking a warm, relational, and highly motivated Student Programs Coordinator to join our growing community. This unique role blends teaching, student life, program development, and community engagement in a joyful, faith-rooted learning environment.

The Student Programs Coordinator partners closely with the Head of School and teaching team to support the daily rhythms of school life while helping cultivate the vibrant culture that defines Valor. As a growing school, this individual will have the opportunity to serve in a variety of meaningful capacities—investing in students, building programs, strengthening community, and helping shape the future of our school.

This position is ideal for an educator who loves working with children, enjoys taking initiative, and is excited to help build something meaningful within a Christian international school setting.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting classroom instruction and student learning throughout the school day
  • Planning and leading engaging Physical Education (PE) classes
  • Leading and growing Valor’s after-school program, creating enriching experiences for students
  • Designing and implementing new student programs, clubs, and enrichment opportunities
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of weekly chapel and other school-wide gatherings
  • Helping foster meaningful community engagement through family events, service opportunities, and school celebrations
  • Building positive relationships with students and families
  • Collaborating with the Head of School and teaching team to support the daily operations and continued growth of the school
  • Assisting with school events, field trips, and other special activities
  • Helping cultivate a joyful, organized, and Christ-centered school culture
  • Supporting the mission, values, and vision of Valor International School
Qualifications:
  • Valid teaching credential or teaching license required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Native-level English proficiency
  • Experience teaching or working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative
  • A heart for serving children and helping build a thriving school community
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith and agreement with Valor’s Statement of Faith
