Current Staff Openings
Student Life Staff (Part-Time, 20–30 hrs/week)
Valor International School is seeking a warm, energetic, and dependable Student Life Staff member to join our growing team. This role supports the heart of campus life- helping to shape the culture, rhythms, and spiritual life of our school community.
The Student Life Staff will help coordinate Chapel, support PE classes, lead activities, and supervise our after-school program for a small group of students. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, enjoys variety, and feels called to serve in a faith-based international school setting.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with and helping coordinate weekly Chapel
• Supporting PE classes (approx. 3x/week) and fostering a spirit of teamwork and fun
• Helping plan and lead afternoon activities that engage students creatively and relationally
• Supervising students during the after-school program
• Supporting teachers and staff with end-of-day transitions, dismissal, and occasional events
• Communicating warmly with parents at pick-up time
Qualifications:
• Experience working with children (school, camp, or ministry setting preferred)
• Native English speaker; bilingual (English/Japanese) a plus
• A heart for Christian education and serving cross-culturally
• Team-oriented, responsible, and flexible
